Engineering Services: Civil Engineering Equipment
The R2T Design Team provides engineering services for federal, industrial, residential, and municipal clients. Our experiences include; site development, grading and drainage plan development, paving, utilities, erosion and sediment controls, and spill prevention plans. We also offer services in FHWA air and noise impact evaluations and GIS services. We are proficient in the use of CADD systems (including 3-D technology), microstation as well as the use of the latest hydrologic (TR-55, HEC series) and hydraulic analysis software.
Typical projects performed by R2T engineers include; new site developments, re-development projects, commercial and industrial parcel development, parking lots and roadway design projects, and stormwater management design. In the current regulatory environment, there may be no other component of development more important than storm water management.
R2T performs detailed hydrologic and hydraulic analysis on small sites and regional areas. With projects being developed along the nation’s waterways, the need for floodplain modeling has also increased. By studying the effects of planned developments, municipalities can better identify and enact modifications to existing development regulations. R2T staff has performed various hydrologic and hydraulic analyses to determine if a proposed development will cause adverse impacts to surrounding properties. Our engineering and construction knowledge allows us to provide creative engineering solutions to developments which may not otherwise receive permit approval.
