Drainage Problems
R2T has performed professional engineering services for the design of two drainage improvement projects performing both as the engineer and provided construction services.The tasks completed for these projects included the hydrologic analysis of each watershed, the hydraulic design of proposed storm sewer lines and the preparation of construction drawings and specifications.
In the assessment phase we have performed field site visits during and immediately following rainfall events to identify flooding areas and to assist in the location of new catch basins.
We can assist you with the following services:
Data Collection: Our Team performs data collection efforts with respect to boundary and topographic surveying, and geotechnical investigations.
Hydrology & Hydraulics: Our staff can assist in basin and sub-basin delineations to determine the contributing drainage to each existing and proposed inlet. Rainfall data combined with land use assessments can be used to generate runoff hydrographs.
Construction Documents: We utilize boundary and topographic data to begin completing a set of drawings to be used for construction. These drawings include site layout and staking plan, grading and drainage plan, storm sewer profiles, erosion and sediment control plans and construction details.
Construction Phase Services: R2T can assist with performing construction site inspection as well as the required erosion and sediment control site visits. Our Team can also assist with responding to contractor Requests for Information (RFIs) and assist with reviews of contractor submittals.
As-Built Drawings: We will work together to assemble an accurate set of as-built drawings for record, at the conclusion of construction.
