The Seminole Tribe of Florida (STOF) constructed a housing development on 64th Avenue in the Hollywood Reservation. The comprehensive project required surveying of the proposed location, development of site and civil requirements, and stormwater permitting. Also needed were utility location and sizing as well as establishment of easements and right of way. The construction of an access road and driveways were necessary to begin construction of house pads and houses.

We provided a multitude of services for the project from utility routing and analysis, design and bid document creation and coordination, to managing all permit activities, oversight of QA/QC, contract compliance and transition services.
